Courtyard Retirement village, this job had serious leaking water issues, which was fixed by Express Tiling team, tested water flooding for 28 hours.
Demolished 300sq metre of concrete 40 tonnes concrete removed. Also re-screeding floor, waterproofing and floor tiling. The finished space enhanced the overall appearance.
