Express Tiling was awarded this project from Cobolt Constructions which consists of Floor & Wall Tiling on 4 luxury apartments 1 ensuite + bathroom, powder room & laundry  on each apartment for a total of 8. Ground floor bluestone paving & stairs + stair nosing in the lobby. across 3 levels of the building. This project involved Screeding & Waterproofing. Tiling consisted of 600 x 600mm Porcelain Tiles full bathroom wall tiling for all  bathrooms and 300 x 600mm Porcelain Tiles for the floors of the bathrooms. Supply & Installation of all tiles.
